Parking Recommendations
- I’d like to know my parking options for when I come in for my shift – can you let me know where I should park?
We are happy to help! Please let us know your work location, shift start and end times, and from where you are travelling. For example – I live in Lansing and work from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Cancer Center.
One of the parking customer services representatives will be in touch soon with some suggested parking options.
Parking Enforcement and Citations
- Someone parked illegally (for example, parking over the line or in a space designated for a different permit type) – what should I do?
- Please call 763.1131 to report to parking enforcement.
- I received a parking ticket (citation) – what should I do?
- If you have a problem related to a parking citation and wish to contest the citation, a City of Ann Arbor parking referee is available to hear your complaint. Citations can be contested online. Information regarding contesting the citation can also be found on the back of the citation. Any attachments or information that you would like to share with the Parking Referee can be sent via e-mail directly to the referee at [email protected].
Event Planning
- I need help with special event planning and/or I’m with a department and have a guest coming – can you help?
Your next step would be to complete a Special Event Parking Request form. When more details about your event are provided – date, time of event, number of guests, etc. – a customer service representation will be able to provide information on parking options.
If your event requires valet service, all arrangements must be made between your department and the valet service provider. Parking Customer Services will only work with you directly and does not work with valet service providers.
Once Parking receives your form, someone from the office will be in touch!
