The University of Michigan’s parking permit rates will increase by 2 percent for the fiscal year 2024 for all annual permit categories. In support of the campus community during the pandemic, there has not been an increase in parking permit fees since July 1, 2019.

The University of Michigan recently amended the agreement with micro-mobility company SPIN to bring approximately 100 electric-assisted bikes to campus beginning this month.

The Bonisteel Boulevard Water Main and Road Reconstruction project on North Campus will begin in early March.
According to the project management team, construction is set to run from March 1 – August 31, parking on Bonisteel will be closed, as well as changes to traffic patterns and bus routes
