Parking
Please be advised that permit enforcement in campus parking lots and structures will be suspended on Labor Day (Monday, September 7) with the exception of the P1, P2/P3, P4, P5 and the Arbor Heights (M95) parking lot. Spaces signed for 24/7 enforcement (such as Gold and Accessible spaces) remain enforced.
Yellow permit parkers will have what is usually considered weekend access to the P3, P4 and P5 structures. On Tuesday, September 8, parkers must exit P4 and P5 by 8 a.m. and exit P3 by 9 a.m.
Transit
On Labor Day (September 7), University Transit Services will operate a reduced schedule, providing Sunday level service for the following routes:
- Connector
- Bursley-Baits Loop
- Green Rd-NW 5 Loop
- Northwood Loop
- Oxford-Markley Loop

Paratransit, SafeRide and after-hours services will not operate on Labor Day. Regular transit service will resume on Tuesday, September 8.
The East Ann Arbor Employee Parking Shuttles will not operate on Labor Day and will resume on Tuesday morning, Sept. 8 at 3:20 a.m. The Michigan Medicine Late Night Shuttles will also not operate Monday evening, September 7.
Fuller Road Parking Lots
The university recently renewed its lease with the City of Ann Arbor for the use of city parking lots on the south and north sides of Fuller Road. Please note updates below:
M71 (south side of Fuller Road)
Beginning on Tuesday, September 8, this lot will be available for permit parking and enforced 24 hours 7 days a week. A Blue or Gold university parking permit will be required for parking within this lot. Please refer to parking enforcement hours for other available parking options.
M78 (Pool Lot)
Please be advised that the four northern-most rows of the Fuller Pool parking lot will remain available for city park users 24 hours/day for two weeks after Labor Day.
University permit holders may park only in areas designated for yellow permit parking and according to posted hours.
Please observe posted signage to avoid risk of citation.
