Parking Alert Detail

Please be advised that beginning on Monday, July 26 and extending through September, Logistics, Transportation & Parking plans to initiate repairs at P1 to address damage caused by a vehicle fire in February.

Project work includes floor, beam and tee stem repairs; joint sealant replacement; fencing replacement; cleaning and painting of interior concrete; and, cleaning exterior concrete and masonry.

Within the structure, work will be focused on Levels 5 and 6 (roof level). Up to 30 Blue permit spaces will be impacted for approximately 2-4 weeks.

Please note that additional options for Blue permit parkers include Glen Structure, M71 (south side of Fuller Road), and the Wall Street area structures.

Temporary closures near the Blue permit entrance may be required with the facade cleaning. This work will primarily take place on nights and weekends, and alternate structure access will be provided as required.

Signage will be posted at the structure notifying facility users.
