MGoPark Mobile App collects the following personal information in these ways:

• When you directly provide it to us, like when you submit feedback via the in-app feedback form. Directly collected information may include:
  • Content of feedback form
  • Content of Digital Accessibility Assistance form
  • Email address
• When technology captures your information automatically, such as when you access the app. Automatically collected information may include:
  • Device information e.g. manufacturer, platform, type, model, OS
  • Crash logs
  • App performance data, like load times
  • Device-level ID
  • Timestamps
  • Product interactions such as app launches, taps, clicks, scrolling information, or other information about how users interact with the app
• The data captured by third party performance monitoring and error tracking plugins might include:
  • Device information e.g. manufacturer, platform, type, model, OS
  • Crash logs
  • App performance data, like load times
  • Device-level ID
  • Timestamps
  • Product interactions such as app launches, taps, clicks, scrolling information, or other information about how users interact with the app
  • Location data, if you grant the app location permission

How We Use Personal Information

The University of Michigan uses information about your interactions with the MGoPark Mobile App to:

• Monitor app performance, error tracking, perform technical diagnostics, and make improvements to the overall user experience

With Whom We Share Personal Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information collected here.

We may also share your personal information when required by law, or when we believe sharing will help to protect the safety, property, or rights of the university, members of the university community, and university guests.

What Choices You Can Make About Your Information

If you wish to opt out of data collection, you must uninstall the application. To do so, use the standard uninstall process of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
