- Content of Digital Accessibility Assistance form

- When technology captures your information automatically, such as when you access the app. Automatically collected information may include:
- Device information e.g. manufacturer, platform, type, model, OS
- Crash logs
- App performance data, like load times
- Device-level ID
- Timestamps
- Product interactions such as app launches, taps, clicks, scrolling information, or other information about how users interact with the app
- The data captured by third party performance monitoring and error tracking plugins might include:

What Choices You Can Make About Your Information
If you wish to opt out of data collection, you must uninstall the application. To do so, use the standard uninstall process of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
