Parking Alert – Thayer and Thompson Construction Repairs

Thayer Structure
Construction repairs include installation of permanent steel shores (upper levels), repair of the on-grade brick/masonry wall, concrete repairs to floor, ceiling, wall, column, beam, and curb areas, as well as deck coating. There will be moving space closures of up to 100 spaces during the project. The roof (Levels 7 and 7a) will be closed when completing repairs and deck coating. Up to 15 spaces will be closed on Level 1 for the repair of the structure’s east wall. Thompson Structure
Construction repairs include concrete repairs to floor, ceiling, wall, column, beam, and curb areas, replacement of floor drains, as well as waterproofing preventative maintenance. There will be moving space closures of up to 100 spaces during the project. The project will start at the structure’s roof level.
Signage will be posted notifying facility users of repair work and space closures. Completion of both projects is planned by mid-August.
