Critical construction repair projects are planned to begin at P3 (Taubman) and P4 (Simpson) Structures on Thursday, May 13. We ask that you please observe all signage and drive cautiously within the structures while these projects are underway.

P3 (Taubman) Critical Structural Repairs

This project includes floor, ceiling, beam, column and wall repairs, expansion joint replacement and repairs, as well as traffic topping, sealants, and striping. Work will be phased within the structure and will start on the ramps at Levels 3 and 3.5.

• Weekdays: Approximately 80 parking spaces will be closed continuously, with work occurring between the hours of 3PM – 11PM.

• Weekends (3PM Fri – 5AM Mon): Up to 120 spaces will be closed for traffic topping and sealant work.

Signage will be posted notifying facility users of closure areas and adjusted traffic flow around repair areas.
