Parking Alert Detail

Construction improvements are planned to begin at Church St. Parking Structure on Monday, May 2, with the contractor mobilizing the week of April 25. Anticipated project completion is mid-August.

The project scope includes:

• partial and full depth floor repairs including curbs

• replacing floor and trench drains, pipes and hangers, fire standpipes and installing supplemental floor drains

• masonry work at the southeast stair tower

• other miscellaneous repair items

The project will start at the SE stair tower as well as the south half of the structure, working from the upper levels down. The project will then transition to the north half of the structure, working from the upper levels down. Up to 120 spaces will be closed during the project to advance completion of the work.

Signage will be posted within the structure indicating any space closure areas and alterations to traffic flow.
