Parking Alert – Fletcher/Palmer Structures

Beginning on Monday, May 11 and extending into July, utility work associated with the Central Power Plant Construction project will impact Palmer Drive. Traffic will be maintained along Palmer Drive with flaggers.
  • The Fletcher Structure entrance and exit from Palmer Drive will be closed during this time frame. Please enter and exit the structure via Fletcher Street.
  • Palmer Structure’s east staff entrance/exit may experience short-term disruptions at the beginning of the project. When this occurs, alternate access will be available from the structure’s west entrance/exit.
  • Palmer Structure’s west entrance/exit may experience similar short-term disruptions as work progresses along Palmer Drive. Alternate access will be provided through the east entrance/exit.
Signage will be posted providing notification to parkers.
