In support of Graduate Student research and teaching activities during the COVID-19 pandemic, Logistics, Transportation & Parking will offer a temporary parking permit option between December 1 – June 30, 2021.

As of December 1, Graduate and Professional Graduate Students will be able to purchase annual, monthly or daily Blue parking permits that will expire on June 30, 2021.

Parking permit revenue helps fund outstanding structure debt, new construction (including Wall West Structure scheduled to open in December 2020) and ongoing repair and maintenance of the campus parking system.  Permit revenue also sustains various transportation options, including the MRide program, and contributes financial support for renovations to the Michigan Union and Recreational Sports facilities.

Information on other graduate student parking options can be found at

Please note that this program can be discontinued at any time based on changes during the COVID-19 pandemic and University needs.
